Birka-White Law Offices prosecuted 2 phases of litigation against Re-Con Building Products, a Canadian based company that manufactured the "FireFree" roofing product.
FireFree was manufactured with a formula of two-thirds cement and one-third paper.
The case was prosecuted in the Superior Court, County of Contra Costa, Case No. C99-02919. Two separate settlements were achieved for a total of $35.3 million in settlement funds.
