Cases led by the Birka-White Law Offices have drawn the attention of the Press on numerous occasions. Both the ABS Pipe class action as well as the Defective Roof class actions have been covered by television and the written press. Tom Vacar, consumer editor of KTVU Channel 2, Oakland, as well as other San Francisco based stations have covered Birka-White led cases and the impact of the defective products on consumers.

Newspaper stories featuring the Birka-White cases have appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, The Los Angeles Times, the Contra Costa Times, the Sacramento Bee, the San Diego Union-Tribune and several others. Mr. Birka-White was also featured in a July 30, 2006 Chronicle article regarding the impact on homeowners of defective building products. 

Most recently, Mr. Birka-White was once again included with the Northern California "Super Lawyers" 2010 edition of San Francisco Magazine, which featured the "Top Attorneys in Northern California."
